The Algeria national team arrived in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state capital, ahead of Saturday’s crucial 2018 World Cup qualifying match against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

But surprisingly the Algeria delegation arrived Nigeria with their own supply of food, water and beddings. They arrived with a chartered flight on Thursday evening, November 10 at exactly 6.45 pm and were received by top officials of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

The North Africans were led by the country’s Football Federation President, Mohamed Raouraouia.  The North Africans were immediately booked into the Le Meridian Hotel, where the Super Eagles were also staying and trained at the same Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.

Here are photos to show you Algerians on arrival with pillows and foods just in the weekend, before the game in Uyo.

Although, 3-1 it ended on Saturday against them. The super eagles of Nigeria outclassed the Algerians with a superb performance for the visitors who had themselves to answer some questions. May be like, may be we shouldn't have come in with our own beddings and food or something?

What must have prompted the arrival of the Algerian national team into a country as Nigeria, with their own food and beddings?
